Findel Direct Ltd has been built by acquiring well-known niche brands that can easily be cross-marketed to similar ABC1, 25 to 50 year old customers.

Findel plc has one of the biggest personalisation plants supplying direct to the consumer in the UK where products from cutlery to greetings cards and football kits to children's nightwear are made. Over 3.2m pieces are personalised each year.

Express Gifts sells all products on credit and as a result has a strong finance arm. Other home shopping brands are sold "cash with order" and direct to business brands follow normal invoice procedures.
