Findel achieves prestigious Great Place to Work certification

December 2024

We are delighted to announce that Findel has officially been awarded the Great Place to Work ™ certification, a highly regarded accolade that recognises organisations for creating outstanding workplace cultures. This achievement marks a significant milestone for Findel, and we are incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together as a team.

As part of our wider group, Manutan, Findel joined the Great Place to Work™ survey for the first time this year, alongside the group, which has been partnered with Great Place to Work ™ for the past ten years. Being part of this prestigious network supports our commitment to fostering a workplace where people are inspired, valued, and encouraged to thrive.

At Findel, we believe that it’s our people who truly make us who we are. This recognition is a direct reflection of the incredible dedication and enthusiasm of our colleagues, who live our values of Passion, Ambition, Being Brave, and Because We Care every single day. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful team, and this accolade is testament to everyone’s hard work, commitment, and positive contribution to the culture we continue to build.

Chris Mahady, CEO of Findel, expressed his pride in the achievement:

“We are incredibly proud to have achieved the Great Place to Work™ certification. This recognition is a direct result of the dedication and commitment shown by our colleagues who embody our values in everything they do. It’s said that the people are what make Findel, and we are so lucky to have such an inspiring team. This is a wonderful milestone in our journey, and we look forward to the exciting future ahead, continuing to live our values and drive our success together.”

This achievement marks just the beginning, and we are excited for the future. We remain dedicated to providing an inclusive, supportive, and empowering workplace for all our colleagues, and we look forward to continuing to grow and succeed as part of the Manutan Group.

Here’s to an even brighter future, fuelled by the incredible people at Findel who make us a Great Place to Work™!
