Findel Shortlisted for Three Prestigious BESA Awards

April 2025

We’re proud to share that Findel has been shortlisted in all three categories we entered at the British Educational Suppliers Association (BESA) Awards 2025 – a major milestone for our business, our people, and our values.

The BESA Awards celebrate innovation, dedication, and impact within the UK’s education supply sector. As a long-standing member of BESA, we are passionate about supporting the advancement of education across the country, and we are incredibly honoured to be recognised by this prestigious body.

Our Shortlisted Categories:

  • Best Place to Work
This nomination reflects our commitment to building an inclusive, empowering, and inspiring workplace culture. Our people are the heart of our business, and we’re proud to create an environment where they can thrive.

  • Sustainability & Net Zero Award
Our continued drive toward a more sustainable future is something we take seriously – from reducing emissions in our supply chain to embedding greener practices across all areas of our business. This nomination is a testament to the progress we’ve made, and the ambitious goals we’ve set for the future.

  • Inspirational Leader of the Year – Chris Mahady, CEO
We are thrilled to see our CEO, Chris Mahady, recognised for his inspirational leadership. Chris continues to drive growth, innovation, and cultural transformation at Findel. After his Outstanding Achievement Award at the ERA Awards 2024, we’re excited to see his leadership acknowledged once again on such a respected platform.

A Word on BESA

The British Education Suppliers Association is the trade association for the UK education suppliers sector, representing over 300 businesses committed to delivering the best in educational resources, services, and support. As a proud BESA member, we value its role in championing quality, collaboration, and innovation in education – principles that align closely with our own.

Looking Ahead

Being shortlisted in all three categories is a fantastic recognition of the passion, purpose, and progress we are delivering across the organisation. It speaks to the impact of our strategy, the strength of our culture, and the commitment of every colleague at Findel.

We look forward to the awards ceremony and extend our congratulations to all other nominees. Whatever the outcome, we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come – and even more excited about where we’re heading next.
